There is a plethora of opportunities in the organization.

This view is totally related to internal operations of WPP: Organization as such is too big and complex as each Operating company in WPP has their own vision and strategies. The sister companies don't have a proper communication mechanism and hence they lack collaboration. From a client stand point, the deliverables are above the market standards.
