Pros

Good brand recognition and wide network.

Cons

This applies only to Seattle's office. They overpromise and under-deliver, and keep toxic personalities at the agency. There is no communication, no onboarding, no structure and a total lack of stability in terms of client management and resource allocation.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on ways our Seattle office can improve. We’ve experienced significant growth in our office over the past two years and we need to catch up in some areas. Maintaining better communication is a challenge we continue to embrace and improve. Later this year, we’re rolling out a new onboarding experience that will better illustrate the VML and client landscape. Regarding your feedback on keeping toxic personalities around, we encourage all employees to have conversations with leadership if they experience this with anyone in the office.

Pros

CEO is a is a great leader.

Cons

Extremely low on diversity inclusion. They hire you for the numbers, but inclusion is missing. If you are not a diversity candidate, great place to work!

Pros

Causal work environment, fun co-workers, free beer, nice facility

Cons

Too much management, executives are not in touch with lower level employees, they're losing innovation because executives are growing older and more stuck in their ways, they want to squeeze every dollar out of any employee they can without any rewards, no raises in over 3 years unless you were promoted.
