Yet ANOTHER SENSITIVE DATA BREACH of employee data

Pros

None any more. This is the second data breach in less than 1 year--this one of employee personal information!

Cons

The new president has done nothing to secure the troves of information on clients and its employees. Today, yet another Grey Health Group data breach occurred and I got notice that my personal information including SSN, date of birth, full contact info--everything on me--has been stolen again by a third party entity.

Fake

Pros

Great benefits, some cool perks, nice office

Cons

Pay is just ok for the demands they put on people, filled with a bunch of fake people, feels like high school and little cliques, they "say" the right things but don't really follow through with it, the public appearance of stuff to look good and the reality of what it really is, are two different things. Just like this so called diversity stuff, what a joke.

Pros

None that would make your work experience worthwhile. Perhaps free coffee to keep you going 14/15 hours a day, and free bananas on Mondays!

Cons

- Working round the clock - forget your life outside the office - Terrible working conditions - Extremely extremely extremely rude scientific managers, SVP, and lead accounts staff - If you are not SVP you are VERY dispensable, they will use you and abuse (and I do not use the word abuse lightly here) you till your project is over, then simply get rid of you or push you to resign - HR does not care about the employees or their situations, forget ever going to HR with problems - A current employee was pressured to withdraw a very negative review on here and penalized for it - just speaks for the tyranny in that place - No proper communication between staff and their managers - Overall chaos and lack of planning/organization - This is a revolving doors company, everybody starts looking for a new job within months of their start date, time when they reach a breaking point - No happy faces around, only grim complaining people all day, all week, every week, every month - Gossip culture - Very loud environment so if you want to focus on any work bring your super sound proof ear plugs to the office (even that won't help)
