Pros

If you kiss the correct butts, you will get access to good opportunities regardless of your actual skills, talents, and track record.

Cons

If you are not in the very tiny inner circle, you will get an endless conveyor belt of garbage "paying the bills" clients. You will work 60-70 hours a week on crap that is not worthy of a portfolio and get zero recognition for it. You will never get to be on the one team that has all the good clients but you will be forced to come in on weekends for marathon brainstorming sessions that absolutely must result in award winning ideas so they can steal them and take all the credit and reap all the rewards. BUT, as a thanks for sacrificing yet another weekend, you got some free pizza before being shoved back to your grunt work team. So rewarding.

Pros

Only a few decent people otherwise work here for a year and leave

Cons

Worked long hours. No recognition. My own manager talked behind his employees back then smiled at them when they came in later on in the day. Managers that should not even be managers in the first place. Each department huddles to themselves and only uses others when they need somethong

Pros

None at all, this place is terrible.

Cons

This is absolutely the worst company I have ever seen. The company is all over the place with no direction or organization AT ALL. They disrespect and don't care about their employees. I was told I would be working on two accounts and my first day I was told I'm actually working on two different accounts, therefore I was lied to in an interview. I was not given any feedback on any of the work I did and wasn't told I was doing anything wrong or right. I sent multiple emails asking what I could help with and was completely ignored. Upper management had the audacity to send me an email asking me, and I quote, "are you busy and if not, can you get us candy from CVS?" although I was supervisor level. I was taken from a good job and promised to be trained but did not receive any training, nor an ounce of guidance as to what I should be doing. I was offered a good salary but it definitely was not worth it as I did not stay longer than two months and would never recommend this place to a single soul.
