Young & Rubicam is a major global agency with global clients. Great new office and friendly employees.

Salary is poor. Creative output is average.

Pros

They generally acknowledge when their hands are being tied by the holding company, which is better than pretending everything is positive.

Cons

There's no real opportunities to advance/grow, outside of leaving for another job at a different agency. Once you're in WPP, it's really hard to move to another WPP agency. It kind of "is what it is". If you want to have low accountability, average pay, and relatively easy work; it's a great place to go. For a lot of people, this makes for a great job. For some, it's pretty demoralizing.
