Pros

People are smart and have high standards. And the raise from promotion was more than I expected.

Cons

When I got my promotion, my new salary didn't kicked until after 3 months (but there was back-pay).

Great Client Roster - Typical WPP Nonsense

Pros

Lots of great brands to work on. Always on the hunt for new business. Flexible hours. Casual dress code. Solid place to work for a few years, but don't bank on making a career here.

Cons

Raises and promotions depend on who you know, not how hard you work. Caught in the clutches of the WPP strangle hold.

Pros

A lot of the other reviews cover this: The hours are flexible, along with the dress code and beer on tap. THe clients are great resumé builders and hard work is generally rewarded. THe upper management team are great, eager to help out and can take a joke at their own expense. The benefits package is top notch.

Cons

Wages are good, but below industry standards. Raises and bonuses are non-existant for technology staff and when you get one, it is below even a "cost of living" increase. Promotions are rare internally, often bringing in outside help when the position could have easily been filled internally. Little communication with staff regarding what positions are available at both local and international offices.
