There are very few good things about this company so far. I thought it would be a good company to share my experience with and grow with.

Cons

Favoritism, long hours, no communication, no decent training, little to no management has healthcare experience, middle management is burnt out or doesn't know the department work and passes it off to anyone below them, management and HR sweep continued ethical issues away.

* Management doesn't communicate * You are in for a rough time if you come from outside the company * A lot of rumor mongering and backstabbing for employees. * Company wants to modernize, but has no idea how, and the old guard is so set against any sort of change, it is hard to make a change even when the company has an idea. * Absolutely no trust anywhere in the company.

High insurance, micromanaged, threats about losing the contract (out job), let go for silly thing, pay isn’t worth it, mandatory overtime, managers and higher up people get let go without notice (leaving employees to think what’s next for us)
