      Pros

      Relatively flexible hours. Streamlining in a few aspects of processing.

      Cons

      Exhausting... thankless job. There is no friendliness allowed... it is all about production. Employees are treated like machines... revenue generators. Benefits have been diminished ot where health care is all of your paycheck... nothing left to live on after the high deductibles. Deceptive management... the powerful in the company are scheming and creating a hostile environment. Employees go day to day like zombies.

      Pros

      The company provides very sufficient paid training for all new hires. There is advancement opportunity within the company. Salary is fair.

      Cons

      Management does not seem to know what they are doing. The company as a whole has driven itself into the ground, losing several large contracts and being forced to lay off hundreds of employees. At the same time, forcing salaried employees to work mandatory 50 hour weeks for almost 2 years straight. The workers have been neglected and exploited.
