Terrible pay rise and career progression is slow

I started as a graduate here and worked my way to assitant engineer. I’d avoid this company at all costs if you want to learn the industry and progress. I was in the Highways team at First Street where they bully you to do unpaid overtime as its deemed you are “showing commitment”. They also offer very little to no support by way of teaching you or training. Their HR department is a joke and their management is completely backwards in every way . I’m thankfully with a company that treats me like an adult now. My advice would be to avoid this company and their highways department.
