Flex time - but I can't use it bcuz of workload.

Cons

Do not believe the 5 star reviews. Big company with no real management. Constant chaos and change in procedure. Forced to put in extra hours at no pay just to keep up. Outdated ERP is painful to work in and promise to upgrade is pushed out each year. Medical benefits started off 3 times what I contributed at last company. Superficial industry growth thru acquisitions and wiping out competition. You are treated like a number not a person.

big business attitude makes for a hostel work environment. Benefits are not seller, and keep getting more expensive covering less.
