Pros

Overtime is great, flexible schedule,

Cons

Field personnel and office personnel do not have much communication. Never speak to anyone in the office outside of your scheduler. Can get laid off with a week or even a days notice. DO NOT GET THANKED FOR ANY OF THE HARD WORK OR HARD TASKED YOU ACCOMPLISH OUTSIDE OF YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION. VERY LITTLE VALUE TO EMPLOYEES

Pros

Depending on your manger, you can have a flexible work schedule.

Cons

Long time employees don’t grow a lot financially. The norm is a 3% raise per year if you perform well, while new incoming employees are paid top dollar. Lower level staff are also held accountable for every minor mistake. While upper level staff have no accountability and continue to perform subpar.

Pros

Absolutely nothing. I wasn’t there long enough to notice any benefits.

Cons

Upon receiving a job offer from WSP, I was terminated upon being hired-two days into training for screening issues. Perhaps the HR woman that I communicated with could gain the skill of organization before letting a single mother put in my notice for the job I was in for nearly two years. Now I’m out of work and they haven’t even given me my final check... TWO WEEKS LATER.
