Authoritarian approach, wants ridiculous profit margins, archaic remote policy, very poor health and safety culture, and practices blatant ageism and discrimination.

Pros

There are no pros (at least in Orlando). This might be the worst company I have ever worked for…

Cons

Over worked and under staffed - there were people working in the Orlando office that were over 70 hrs. per week. We asked for help for 6 months before I had to quit for my sanity. No management - the Orlando office went through managers like wild fire. At the time of my departure the office had gone through 5 managers in 2022. Upper management could can less about the employees and only want the work done at any cost. Benefits are bad - $3000 max into 401k no matter what your pay or level is. Not enough time off (if you can even get it approved). Expensive health insurance.

Good social events and culture

Cons

Managers are bad and take credit of all your good work. They are so political and toxic that they will put all the blames of any mistake on you. No one will hears you if your line manager is bad. A lot of mental stress.
