      Huge bureaucracy is inefficient & often inflexible; over-emphasis on numbers over people; big focus on acquisitions which leads to constant change & chaos

      People work at a government-style slow pace

      Cons

      Low level of intellect and energy -- at the junior level (horrendous mistakes building spreadsheet models) and the senior level (lack of self-awareness about how poorly they compare to other advisory firms). They pay below market and thus get mediocre talent unwilling to work hard. Has grown so much by acquisition that nobody knows what's going on and there's little collaboration or cooperation.
