Everyone should be treated with respect regardless of title. -the outsourced Service Desk makes getting issues resolved in a timely matter difficult more times than not, even for internal IT problems. -IT management doesn't take a personal interest in their employees, which makes career growth as well as getting support difficult. -cliques and secrets are treated as acceptable practices, so you might be the last one to know about your role ending despite months of planning.

Very poor communication between marketing, consultants and senior management about strategic goals. makes for a chaotic, stressful work environment and huge number of layoffs and departures.
