Toxic Leadership and Little Development

Pros

There is a lot of technically learning from many fields. Possibly working on projects from different location in USA. My own peers were great to work with and willing to help me in the company.

Cons

Higher management is very toxic. They select projects based on their wants and profit so if there is not much work or not ulitized enough it could be an issue. Culture is not very "family" like other companies I worked at. There is not a lot of develpment in the company.

Big name by blowing up WSP brand name like a balloon. Payment on time.

Cons

Weak leadership; it is about caring employees and developing them, WSP has awful leadership with evidence and facts. Middle layer managers expanded with many cost of merging companies and marketing roles that brought low compensation for employees who work with customers and cut their bonus. The Biden bill helped Engineering works increases so it' happy day for WSP this company to blow up his brand balloon but a hard drop is on the way regarding weak leadership.

Interesting projects, legacy PB reputation

Cons

Toxic work environment and incompetent/unprofessional staff management. High turnover. No performance evaluation process. Bullying/yelling/rumor spreading is common. Managers use “layoffs” to satisfy personal vendettas towards individuals. No in house IT, survey, or GIS staff. CAD, Admin, and HR teams are all undervalued / understaffed and therefore put in a position to fail. The company is running purely on it’s past reputation and struggling to either retain staff or win new work.
