Pros
The marketing team I worked on was great - very collaborative and helpful, I liked my boss, the projects were interesting, the pay was good at first, and it looks great on a resume.
Cons
No bonuses for non tech staff who aren't managers, annual raises below 4%, working 50+ hours weekly and being yelled at for charging overtime or not charging overtime, office leaders who micromanage, inconsistent office culture, constantly changing leadership, constant reports, heavy bureaucracy, red background on headshots
