      Great Company, Management, and opportunity for growth

      Pros

      I felt respected and valued by my management (Mark Luther) at my time at WSP. Career advancement opportunities were presented to me multiple times during my time with WSP. Projects were fulfilling and my compensation seemed to be fair and better than other firms in the area.

      Cons

      I felt more autonomous than I ever had working for a company. Most likely due to being far from the charlotte office. Could be a con could be a pro depending on how you view it.

      Pros

      Friendly and helpful colleagues, collaborative environment, well-organized company despite constant mergers/acquisitions and restructuring.

      Cons

      Management needs work (for the admin group). Strange expectations… admins in each office cover ALL California offices.

      Lots of varied work and challenging projects.

      Cons

      If you work in a section that is hit with few contracts expect your hours to be cut with nothing more then a promise that we will get you back to full time at some point.
