Pros

Piers, work from home now, ok benefits

Cons

No raises in Years. Structure changes every year to take bonus (end up making less every year), lots of test and training no designated times to focus on them 100% , many managers condescending or petty about irrelevant things but not about important things, employee appreciation to licensed sales agents who help keep the company in business is NOT there, you get paid too less for all the tasks you're responsible for, drop you in random roles to suite their needs and then penalized for not doing it well yet you had horrible quick training
