-You learn a lot really fast - Exposure to different clients and projects - Great people (overall really intelligent and collaborative) - Autonomy to make decisions and contribute in new ways to the business - You often choose your projects

Cons

- Work way too many hours - Way too much stress due to unreasonable client demands. Leadership rarely pushes back (both of these are common in consulting)

Cons

I never was given an opportunity to pursue growth in my position which required to keep up with technology and education/training. Lack of software training/education is causing poor performance and low quality in their deliverables. Company value and morale started to deteriorate after the company merger.

Decent pay, some very talented coworkers below management, and some flexibilty in hours and scheduling.

Cons

If you want to make decent money, but are willing to forego ecellence, then work for Willis. In all areas, including broking, client support, and analytics, Willis emphasizes conforming to management initiatives. Expect mediocre to poor managers hired from outside who are given control of seasoned and skilled internal resources, and do not know how to utiliize the resources, but are keen on capitalizing on and taking credit for work they have not done. Creativity is not valued. Expect micro-managers and processes to dominate your career at this company.
