Call center job guaranteed hours everyone is hired

Cons

Horrible management, mandatory overtime, involuntary role switches, undertrained supervisors, not approved schedule changes, work WAYYYY to hard for little pay, I worked for 3 years and was still considered a seasonal employee which means no benefits or PTO
