      Pros

      - Intelligent colleagues - Ability to use data to make decisions - Collaboration between teams

      Cons

      - Long hours, no overtime and hard to reach billable hour goals - Lack of diversity and inclusion (they preach it, but it's not there. The entire office is straight and white.) - People don't take the time to learn who you are as a person and solely focus on knowing you for the work you deliver - Bad benefits (it's tough helping companies design incredible plans when your own company offers terrible packages that don't meet employee needs and aren't focused on I&D) - Archaic technology and processes (time-tracking, computer systems we utilize, etc)

      Benefits Higher level leaders who ran the North America Flexible work situation Let's you explore other skillsets in different areas of the massive business but you have to know someone for that to happen, and you wont get credit for it

      Lack of team development or teams in general Sense of superiority from people leaders without any effort to develop their people Culture of blame and lack of listening to their people Not enough diversity - even diverse leaders did not higher or promote diverse or different type of people No job promotion lack of bonus actually promised

      Enjoyed the group I worked with, good experience working with clients, clients appreciated the work we did and showed it,

      Cons

      CEO was interested in growing through acquisition, merger with Willis was not justified properly to the market and resulted in changes in every area to try to justify it by reducing staff, key people left and only inexperienced remained with little guidance.
