Unreasonable expectations, skewed review systems, management doesn't listen to you. Expects you to be an expert on something you might work on once a year.

Leadership is amazing and the work-life balance is supported and encouraged

Cons

Pay isn't on par with other companies for a similar position and when you move up, it doesn't come with a pay raise immediately. You have to work in the new position for an extended period (6 months to a year) of time to prove you can do the job, before they will give you the bump in pay.
