Too much outsourcing, mediocre, costly health benefits

Conveniently in town location, friendly staff

Cons

The workload is crushing, without a work/life balance. The company outsources as much as possible, increasingly overseas with poor results. The diversity program is for show only. Out of approximately 200 employees, the office I worked in had 2 black male employees. One black employees position was outsourced, the other demoted. This was after launching a diversity program, which means nothing without recruitment and retention.

The pay was good, and the environment was not too bad.

Cons

They never liked to take accountability for how terrible their training was. Their Knowledge Base was all over the place and the Supervisors will let you go because they hate when people ask questions and clarifications because they don’t want blood on their hands.

Worst form of matrix management ever. No one has the authority to make decisions. Confuses employees and causes a disengaged workforce. Everyone is afraid for their job at all times. No certainty anywhere. Fake culture. Horrible silos
