Good number of PTO and federal holidays. Good medical and pension benefits.

Cons

If need growth in IT career, this not the right place especially if you are in the junior and middle level. Does not have the urge to use newer technologies. Managers not supportive in career growth. Will be outdated technically if work here for long.
