Pros

Working with reasonably up to date technologies, employee input is valued and there are a lot of very bright people you would be working with at all levels in Willis IT.

Cons

Personally a big con was the elimination of development and test in the Minneapolis office which meant my job being off-shored. For anyone else in Minneapolis, at least at this time and as far as I know this means that there are no development job opportunities with Willis, at least not in the foreseeable future.
