I had great direct managers during my time here. Good work / life balance and decent benefits. Good team culture, your feedback was appreciated.

Cons

Higher ups don't really take the time to get to know the people under them, you are unfortunately just a number. Layoffs for training, though when you read online about the "best parts of WWEX" you'll see that training is one of the most talked about benefits. Disappointed they didn't see our worth. HR zoom lay off was so heartless, we weren't allowed to ask questions we were told to email all our questions. Immediate access removal. For layoffs not performance related, I felt it was handled very poorly.

ability to make a lot of money if you're willing to grind you will learn to be a professional

Cons

management is aware the job sucks but won't admit it, many don't make it more than 3 years because they simply burn out. Their prices aren't great and the idea of screwing over a customer on cost was encouraged
