Pros
Every sales job is hard if you want to do well. WWEX is a great stepping stone and a possible career if the individual understands that in today's world, good work only gets you average results but excellent work will get you phenomenal results. Mediocrity just doesn't cut it anymore and WWEX will be the first to tell you that. I've seen extremely talented people who relied on that too much get cut within the first few months because they think they can get away with hitting less doors, and I've seen people who had no experience/talent/skills whatsoever thrive because they were willing to hit more doors and dials and create those opportunities for themselves. If you have the right expectations of what this job is going to be and grind, you would love it here because the sales training and support is second to none. Of course there's room for improvement but the way that WWEX has grown over the past few short years is a testament to how the system it has in place is working. The people that I've seen who aren't successful here are simply not invested in this company or the job and aren't doing everything they can to be successful. If you're so worried about clocking in and out later than the regular 9-5 schedule because you don't want to give up your time doing nothing at home then this job just isn't going to be for you. I don't mean to sound harsh but it's the truth. If you are going to come here because you just want to say you're employed and collect your $50k every year, I say look elsewhere and don't do sales. There are plenty of cookie cutter cubicle 9-5, bore yourself to retirement type of jobs out there that will be much easier to go to. However, if you like being challenged and physically and mentally grow every single day, day in and day out, and you're not going to let rejections and no's get to you, then welcome aboard!
Cons
Just that the company has outgrown our crm system and support team. More often than ever before I'm not getting through to anyone in the support team, especially tech/integration support because they're all tied up with other reps.
