Management has a lack of vision and flip floppy ways. This company cares little about their employees and most about a popularity contest. They make a lot of empty promises and don't pay enough attention to the major issues happening in the company. There are so many hard working young people in this company who are overworked and under-appreciated. Major lack of support and professionalism from 99% of upper management.

Thank you for sharing feedback with us. Our Sales program offers 2 months of corporate training, during which each of our employees participates in a formal sales classroom training and partners for 60-days in the field training with a Senior Rep. Often in a sales capacity one is faced with rejection, therefore, we prepare our team members on rebuttals. This is one component of the training process.
