      Pros

      During the past 13 years I have learned from the best how to suit up and show up. I have learned to not make excuses when I don't hit goals or perform, I have learned to overcome adversity and build a successful business. In the past 13 years, I have gained so many skills that have allowed me to run a successful business and develop a top performing sales and customer service team. Worldwide Express is all about pride in the process.

      Cons

      YOU WILL WORK HARD. There are plenty of jobs where you can slip in the side door, clock in and clock out and be home in time for the 5 pm news. If that's what you're looking for, then this is not the place for you. With that being said, I have found that my ownership group and team are flexible and open to taking personal time when needed. I have a young family and have never been held back from making it to a soccer practice or a birthday party, etc. I, of course, always find ways to make up the missed production.

      Pros

      Outstanding training some of the best around. The company culture is great and trainings/conference is a blast. You are not behind a cubicle.

      Cons

      They love you when things go your way, as soon as activity falters the slightest bit they give you the talk. All offices are micro managed and it destroys morale. Long hours for little pay, and they bring on a lot of their own hardship / drama.

      Pros

      Really great training, work hard here and you will either make a lot of money or be able to get hired elsewhere. Best resume build. Hard work but great rewards. Management listens to concerns and really wants everywhere to be happy.

      home and work balance can be tough
