Pros

I thought it was going to help propel my sales career. Unfortunately, the only thing that helped was the training program which was corporate driven.

Cons

I thought this job was for me. The owner kept speaking very highly of the company retreats, benefits, etc. This position was everything but the truth. Cold Call after cold call all day long. 8-5 pm on M-F you spend your time cold calling. Never focus on personal development. Seems like they only care about the bottom line and not much else. Barely make anything in commissions but promise the bank and more.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. After completing an extensive training program which consists of classroom and field training, our Account Executives do prospect for new business. As they begin to grow their book of business, they are then provided quality leads which makes the day-to-day activities start to evolve including the managing of accounts.

Pros

Great work ethic by everyone. Encouraged hard work and the hustle it requires in a sales environment. Really enjoyed almost everyone I worked with. A great balance of structure and freedom a sales person needs to succeed. Great benefits and exciting opportunity that went the extra mile in driving people to success.

Cons

I worked in sals as an account executive and was laid off after one year. Not because I wasn't good at what I did or because I didn't work as hard and as smart as I could. I was laid off because I had new management that was under pressure. During that time the company went from franchise to corporate. In St. Louis it was clear they needed a head to roll after poor performance in the market and mine just so happen to be the one. I worked hard every day. I was very successful in sales for 5 years prior. WWEX just didn't give me the opportunity I felt I deserved. I know it is all just business but I strongly disagree with the way they think corporate america should work.
