      Going downhill fast

      Pros

      This use to be a great working enviroment but I unfortunately cant say that anymore. If you do well, there is some flexibility to work remote as there no longer is an inhouse manager. Ability to make decent money if you are able to learn quickly on your own.

      Cons

      Lack of Management/ leadership, extremely political & cliquie, little guidance or help. Cant speak on other locations but this entire district is quickly falling apart. Poor culture & heavily micromanaged by remote leadership.

      Pros

      Great Job for entry level with areas to grow your book or within company Decent pay but ability to uncapped commission within certain regions/areas. Fun but hardworking culture. Good people.

      Cons

      Company is going through transitions new hiring may not apply at this moment. Does not seem like they have this year under control and management seems frantic and stressed about direction of company and everyone on the floor can feel the pressure.
