Pros

-Usually gives a 1.5-3% annual raise. -People usually make good friends with other employees on their team. -After a year in your position, you can apply for other jobs within the company. -Nice amenities. -Hybrid options for almost all positions.

Cons

-Managers are usually promoted because they have connections or have been there for a while so it seems like the next logical move. -Annual reviews tend to be about the last month/quarter's performance and initiatives/accolades that occurred in the beginning of the year are often forgotten or overlooked. -Annual raises are capped at 3%. If you get promoted throughout the year they deduct your salary change from the 3%. -Poor benefits; the absolute bare minimum allowed. -Poor pay. On the lower end of salaries and give gifts throughout the year to "thank you" for doing your job. -Some managers abuse their power and have been known to make employees feel unseen and worthless. -A lot of us used to love working here. Change is necessary and usually good but it depends on how it's executed. Morale has been rapidly declining over the last few years and the culture is broken. -Lame PTO benefits - remote employees go on vacation without ever telling their boss so they can save their PTO.

Thank you for sharing your feedback as we can always do better. We do offer a variety of career paths within the company and between brands. We fill many jobs through our employee referral program and promote within which attributes to the long-term career satisfaction and friendships that naturally evolve over time. Like most companies, we do allocate funds annually to award merit and are in line with current benchmarks. We also promote top talent throughout the year awarding high performance. Our company engagement score remains steady above industry and size benchmarks and we are always looking for new ways to connect with our hybrid remote teams.

Pros

Good salaries when you haggle, low micro management, nice company swag and office stuff finally.

Cons

Glued to your desk for 8+ hours a day, lots of emails/ cases and phone calls, they need more people on each team to combat the work load, office was full of look alike frat bros and dressed the same, men go further in this company than women on every level of the organization, and they tell you we are all a "family" - which is NOT the case, and the sales team is praised way more than the operations team which makes no sense as Ops keeps the customers that sales has brought on.

Thanks for the positive feedback related to compensation, management, company swag, and office amenities. We take pride in cultivating work environments that prioritize work-life balance and inclusion, so it is disappointing to hear about your perspective. Knowing we operate with the highest degree of integrity and hold our leaders to that same standard; we would love to speak with you further to better understand your perception. Please reach out to us at HR@wwex.com.
