      Flexibility (used to be) Coworkers Customers BUSY WORK. Freight Industry Knowledge

      Cons

      Management. Current Manager and Higher Ups. Micromanagement. Too much responsibility for little to no benefit/compensation. Compensation Structure Changed YOY. Got worse every year i worked there. False Promises (LIES) From Management. Minimal Commission Compared to the rest of the FTL Broker Market. Poor Pay. Poor Training. Low Level Training. High Expectations.

      This place is very money hungry. A great start to my carreer, this has been a very enjoyable experience. Great work life balance.
