Pros
Sales side of the company has all the perks! Car allowance, bonus opportunities, great training, fun team building experiences and outings.
Cons
Lots of broken promises, management that says one thing and does another. If you're on the operations side, you're screwed unless you buddy up to a boss. Performance means nothing to Worldwide on the operations side unless you're getting chummy and making the bosses think they're on top of the world. The operations run out of Dallas now which has put a lot of people out of jobs or having to make the decision to uproot their families. This is not a company that focuses on their people. They are numbers driven, which is great, if you want to be treated like a number. Young CEO who doesn't have a good read on the people he is putting into management positions. Probably not a company that will have a good reputation in a few years.
