Pros

Such a fast paced environment with a high focus on success. The office culture is the best I've experienced and although We are pushed to hard to perform, the benefits of our efforts are incredible. I feel like my sales manager cares about the team their growth and not just the company numbers. WWE really is a great team to be a part of!

Cons

There is high pressure to be successful, but I really feel that our leadership is focus on helping the team achieve their goals.

Pros

Good culture of young people eager to make a name for themselves. Good training program out of cooperate office .

Cons

Once you start to really become successful and make good money you become the target to be replaced by a cheaper hire that can just manage what you've sold without the company having to pay them commission on that business. Thus, the company lets you go and your salary differential plus commission become added profit for them. Moral of the story: they want you to be successful but not too successful because they will find a way to create a glass ceiling for compensation or let you go.

Opportunity to learn about logistics, supply chain and demand. A great first salary job out of college.

Cons

Negative Work inviorment, no growth for advancement. If there is a problem you can't talk to management about it without being judged, there is no team effort.
