Pros

Worked for the company for 7+ yrs now and the dynamic keeps on changing. Fast paced and keeps you on your toes. Not for the individual that wants to be a fly on the wall. Everyone is part of the team and contributes to the day to day operations which is awesome because you feel way more fulfilled at the end of the day. Continual learning environment and just overall really cool place to work.

Cons

Work hard, play hard is definitely the motto here and the harder you work early on in your career, it sets you up for the future. So early on, it can be a bit overwhelming but it does pay off in big $$$.

Pros

--Competitive base salary with uncapped residual commission. You will be making north of $100k by the end of your 3rd year. --Competitive, young, and uplifting atmosphere. Management truly wants to see you do well and excel. Most everyone is between 25 and 35 years old and in the same phase of life. --Excellent training and mentorship. The field sales manager (Brian) works with you on a daily basis and doesn't mind getting in early or staying late to work with you. --Ability to set your own schedule and impact your paycheck every day. ---Residual commission is excellent. I continue to earn commission on all clients that continue to work with me. In many cases, I have clients that have been with me for over 3 years. --Unique Value Proposition. There are hundreds of freight brokers out there, but we are 1 of 2 that have the UPS contract. I cannot stress enough how great of a product that is to sell. --Not a 'Boiler Room' Sales job! Management takes a very targeted approach in hiring. When they find someone they like, they commit to that person for the long term. --Success here is directly correlated to how hard you are willing to work. If you are willing to put in the time and effort, the sky is the limit. --Work Hard, Play Hard Atmosphere. Above and beyond my salary and commission, I've won a trip to Cabo (all inclusive), a trip to Vegas (all inclusive), 2 Tag Heuer Watches, Custom Suits, Louis Vuitton Luggage, and approx 20k in prize winnings. They don't shy away from rewarding hard work.

Cons

Not a con, but this isn't for someone looking for a 9-5 desk job. Simply put, it take a lot of hard work and time spent outside of standard work hours to get good and perform at a top level. Must be willing to put in the extra hours to achieve the success you seek.

Pros

WWEX offers so much opportunity for growth and success. No matter what position you have the company gives you the tools to be 2 steps ahead of the competition. Training doesn't stop after your first few months, you are constantly given the opportunity to expand your knowledge in the industry. I was sold the moment I walked into the office for the first interview, it’s a younger culture with motivated energetic, employees that know how to work hard and play harder and I couldn’t be happier.

Cons

Its not the standard 9-5 job, expect to work longer and much harder than any of your peers. With that being said, the rewards and compensation for that work is like no other.
