Decent benefits, ability to earn great commission, great people, paid training, extended holiday break, high performing company,

Cons

Freight industry is so competitive, getting and keeping a sale can feel like a 1/100000 odds at some points, some favoritism has helped some reps that are not me, working remote frowned upon, management hit or miss, pressure to perform in scenarios out of your control, opportunities outside of sales not great.

Pros

Can't say enough good things! I love the way their promotions are structured with clear outlines of when you'll hit your next promotion and exactly what that increase in pay will be. They have also worked so well with me with my personal life and moving for my husbands job. The people are great and have become great friends of mine. If you work hard in this company and truly care, the limits are endless and they will take care of you!

Cons

Not really a con for me, but it is extremely fast paced. You have to take the time out of normal work hours to continue your growth. This could be catching up on emails, preparing for meetings, teaching yourself a new process, roleplaying, prepping for the week on a Sunday night. Those things are going to take you to the top!
