      Pros

      WWEX offers so much opportunity for growth and success. No matter what position you have the company gives you the tools to be 2 steps ahead of the competition. Training doesn't stop after your first few months, you are constantly given the opportunity to expand your knowledge in the industry. I was sold the moment I walked into the office for the first interview, it’s a younger culture with motivated energetic, employees that know how to work hard and play harder and I couldn’t be happier.

      Cons

      Its not the standard 9-5 job, expect to work longer and much harder than any of your peers. With that being said, the rewards and compensation for that work is like no other.

      -Very comfortable, yet fast paced work environment -You are, essentially, in control of your paycheck -Although hardworking position, extremely rewarding -Excellent co-workers! Friendly, outgoing, polite. -Rich Brodsky, the owner of this specific branch, is great! Makes the transition into the company a smooth one. -No weekend work

      -You tend to deal with a lot of rejection which comes with a sales position -You really need that 'go-getter' attitude to be successful -Can be stressful at times

      Pros

      - WWEX is one of the few companies that offers a competitive base salary in addition to one of the more generous residual commission programs in the industry - Our partners/vendors have very good reputations industry-wide and are highly recognizable companies with strong brand recognition. - Our offices (Chicago/Saint Louis/Grand Rapids/Kansas City) have some of the best managers in the country as our people continue to perform at the highest level year in and year out (Multiple President's Club winners, Quarterly Contest winners, etc) - There is no lack of recognition at a national level. Getting on stage at our national conference is probably the coolest feeling in the world, as you get to enjoy a year's worth of hard work in front of the entire company. - You are the only thing that controls your paycheck - Awesome culture - Very friendly competition - Work hard, play hard environment

      Cons

      - Not your standard 8-5, but I'm not the kind of person that turns it off when I leave the office. - Again, work hard play hard. It is hard work. You have to dedicate to the grind of sales every day, but the payoff is more than worth it. - In the beginning, work life balance is heavily weighted towards work because dedicating yourself to the job 100% is necessary to building a book of business that lasts long term.
