      Pros

      Down to earth, reasonable, available and knowledgeable management that wants you to be successful. Good base salary, uncapped commission. The work you put in directly dictates how much money you make. LITERALLY. Incredible sales training.

      Cons

      Cold calling is the obvious negative but once you get comfortable putting yourself out there it becomes easier and easier. Time off policies are great.

      This entry level position affords college grads the opportunity to gain a wealth of sales experience and great opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      It is hard work, but if you buckle down and do it you will form a life long work ethic that will serve you well the rest of your career.

      Pros

      Great training program, fun work environment, excellent business model, reliable partner carriers. The upside to this business is huge

      Cons

      The sales position forces you to think outside your comfort zone, but this is not always a bad thing. I've learned to get comfortable outside my comfort zone.
