The subset of a company that we would be competitive (Still often losing on pricing and benefits) with is so small and the CRM is so poor you often will just be calling current customers or prior customers whom rightfully avoid the company. You will be asking companies for their invoices so we can make as much profit as possible only to lose them to the next company to save them 5%. commission structure is designed to deny you any commissions on your current book higher than 3% except for a small subset of producers given heavy advantages over the average producers.

The work can be stressful and pay could be better.
