Pros

As someone who never thought they would find the perfect job, or never thought that they would find a job that fulfills them I'm happy to introduce you to WWEX. I've seen nothing but positives so far and the room for growth in the company is outstanding, in my short 3 months I've seen at least 7-10 company promotions open up as more and more positions are created within the company. -Crazy good work/life balance -Monthly/bi-monthly/yearly sales competitions (For fun and prizes, not for performance checks) -Self Reliant -Allows you to work under a healthy W2 salary while building your own book of business at the same time -BCBS Benefits -Retirement plans -Energetic atmosphere and electric higher ups that will always keep you motivated -Training groups that stick with you through your entire process and learning experience. -Take things at your own pace

Cons

There isn't a whole lot bad to say about the company, these are just nitpicky. -Training can be a lot, like only learn a quarter of what you need to know in the two weeks a lot. You must be okay with asking questions when you don't know something. -Training groups (People that started the same time as you) that are newer will be put into regional calls and it can sometimes feel like you're just as much at fault for numbers being low as the older groups.

Pros

Nice people and everyone is dependable to get you through the day. You won't be abandoned by managers and bonuses are good every quarter.

Cons

Freight world is no good and the company does nothing to improve it. No push back on partners or customers. Just take the blame to the face. Not a good feeling when you want to improve.

The company offers the option to work fully from home which is nice.

Cons

However, it takes a lot for you to be recognized here. It’ll seem like you’re working for years before you might even receive a promotion or even a decent raise. Don’t be surprised if you find out that someone you trained is receiving a higher salary than you.
