Our culture truly defines us and gives people the opportunity if they work hard to be personally and financially rewarded. This company is growing dramatically and will continue to grow and develop. Don't miss out on the opportunity!

      Cons

      This is an aggressive outside sales company so it can be very challenging at times. You need to have a level set of emotions and not let your highs get to high or your lows get to low. The people who can handle adversity well and not over think things have success here. Anything you do in life where you have the ability to move up quickly and make a lot of money should be difficult at times and this company is no different.

      Pros

      There is a lot to take in but my manager seems to explain everything he can to me. The other salespeople in the office help me with all my questions/needs. It's competitive but a fun place to work. The others in the office drive me. They give me reports of my numbers every week so I can see how I'm doing.

      I don't have any complaints.

      Pros

      Only pro to this job is the corporate training in Dallas, which this franchise doesn't even offer any more. You think it's an easy sell because of UPS, get ready for UPS direct to steal your deals.

      Cons

      Endless cold calling for a very small salary. Commission is no better at a percentage of the margin, roughly 2% of 20%.....Reaching quota to obtain a higher base and commission is impossible to achieve. The owner of the company is very unapproachable and has little to no concern about the welfare or happiness of his employees. Turn over rate is huge.
