      Pros

      Very competitive work environment that drives everyone to succeed. With a strong base salary and residual commission structure, the overall compensation plan gives the ability to make 6 figures completely obtainable if you work hard. Simply put, the management here is awesome and will help you get to where you want to go.

      Cons

      This career can be very challenging, especially early on. However, if you work hard, stay focused, and remain coach-able, you'll look up in 12-18 months amazed at what you've accomplished.

      Great Entry Level Sales Job and Experience

      Pros

      Training and Development was the best thing this job offered. Corporate and Local Management did a great job preparing me on how to sell in the real world. I used these skills to land my next job. I didn't want to leave Worldwide, but the opportunity was tremendous so I had to take it.

      Cons

      The cold calling can be tough at times. However, if you have a good Manager (like I did) who spends a lot of time with you in the field it makes it a lot better.
