      Pros

      Culture of Company is awesome. Training program is amazing, with all trainings in Dallas and paid for. Contests have huge winnings. Office is great. They will provide you with anything that you need to succeed. Quota is achievable. Very fun, competitive work environment.

      Cons

      Cold Calling in the summer is hot, but that's how you end up being successful, so it's not that bad.

      Pros

      Excellent sales training with opportunity for more advance sales training throughout your career at Worldwide Express. Basic, Advance Basic and ACE all helped me along the way with my sales practices

      Cons

      Worldwide is not a company for someone who wants to do the bare minimum and expect to do well at sales. Put in the effort and the results will come.

      Pros

      I have been working for Worldwide Express for several years now and have had a very positive experience here. Aside from my salary, which is more than adequate, I have been rewarded in the form of bonuses, additional time off, company outings, and more. They have always advocated promotion from within and I’ve been given every opportunity available to move up to new positions within the company. It was clear on my first interview that this was a company that is looking for self-motivated people who want to be successful; commissions are uncapped, numerous contests are going on year round, and there is always someone higher up to reach out to when you need some additional help. I honestly can’t say enough about how happy I am with my current position. I truly feel like I made a great decision by coming to work here.

      You should never expect an easy or slow paced day at the office. You definitely have to work hard to be successful, however the compensation program is very reflected of your hard work
