Some solid employees and managers.

Cons

There have been frequent layoffs, which have created ongoing uncertainty. While the company sends out an annual survey to gather employee feedback and discuss improvement, little to no meaningful change follows. Over time, conditions have continued to decline, and employee feedback does not appear to be prioritized or acted upon.

Decent healthcare benefits and retirement options

Cons

Lack of work life balance, unrealistic expectations for KPIs, god awful management, inappropriate workplace conduct, the list goes on. The industry itself is tough because it is overly saturated and you have no exclusivity even if you do sell a deal. The services WWEX offers are just okay, not anything extraordinary.

Its a grind, you have to come in everyday ready to work. Industry is tough.
