Cons

Poor salary and bonus compared to sales. Communication from leadership severely lacking. Senior leadership making seemingly impulsive decisions creating unstable workforce. Difficulty supporting customers for reasons listed above.

Great place for long term growth and success

If I were to describe working here in one phrase it would be: “You reap what you sow.” There have been some who have joined our team because they “liked the environment” but were unwilling to put in the same work that created success in our office. You may have read some of their reviews already. They usually don’t last long. Conversely, those who invest into their personal growth and development and leverage leadership to propel their career forward absolutely find success and fulfillment in their work. Personally, I’ve been here a little less than 2-years. While I haven’t been as successful as I would like, I’m not unhappy with my results. There is plenty of evidence around me I will continue to improve. The skill set, mindset and work habit that I have built to this point is absolutely going to pay off as I continue the grind. Additionally, there is a lot of room for upward mobility within the company as it is rapidly growing.

Cons

The AE position in our office is given a lot of autonomy and freedom from management to grow at their own pace. Success doesn’t come instantly. If you have a short-term mindset, you may not be successful here. I’ve seen reps blame leadership and management for their personal lack of success when it is really on them. Whenever this happens the overall culture has taken a hit.

Work life balance is possible. Left to your own device as long as following protocol from on high. Superiors are generally easy to reach out to when needed.

Cons

Long hours into evenings. Sudden shifting of teams and operations causing down shift of team dynamic and spirit. Inconsistent compensation across team members.
