Management can make or break your time here. My manager was inefficient at selling and pushed to constantly set new meetings never slowing down to actually run set meetings. Would miss meetings on the regular then go on to push new meetings. The companies you will be calling constantly regularly say they are getting 20 related calls per day. The subset of a company that we would be competitive (Still often losing on pricing and benefits) with is so small and the CRM is so poor you often will just be calling current customers or prior customers whom rightfully avoid the company. You will be asking companies for their invoices so we can make as much profit as possible only to lose them to the next company to save them 5%. commission structure is designed to deny you any commissions on your current book higher than 3% except for a small subset of producers given heavy advantages over the average producers.

Took time out of my day for a phone interview. Never got a call then got an unprofessional text asking to reschedule. Rescheduled and confirmed time of meeting. Yet again never got a call from the recruiter. Called to double check appointments and no answer.
