      Pros

      Average pay and great overall learning experience for the business and industry as a whole.

      Cons

      Unorganized and unprofessional management in place. Hospitalized for COVID followed by requirement of being in office the next business day. Prior to my hospitalization, I was informed that I was not where I need to be after 3 months of training. Keep in mind, I have no completed my 5 week training yet, and was told I should not be closing any deals until the completion of Sales 101. I was given no improvement plan before being let go and the leadership team would not let me give any input or words on the matter unless I had questions.

      Pros

      Your coworkers will be cool.

      Cons

      They are NOT a family company. They don't care about your home life, they only care about your willingness to do overtime. Also, its very cliquey here and you will be taking your work home with you.
