Pros

This company should not be in business

Cons

Everything about the company is awful. The pay, the way they treat you, the lies they try to tell you.

Thank you for your 5 years of service and for taking the time to leave feedback. We continuously strive to create a great employee experience by encouraging a transparent culture filled with camaraderie, competition, and entrepreneurship. In the last year alone we promoted 232 people. In addition, our sales compensation plan includes a competitive base salary and uncapped residual commissions for the life of the account, in addition to numerous sales contests held throughout the year. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you the best moving forward.

Pros

I honestly loved working with customers as well as constantly being challenged each day. I believe the situations I dealt with internally and externally made me grow as a professional and has been extremely valuable

Cons

I wish most of these reviews were more honest rather than clearly being something they were forced to write. It's not really likely that your only suggestions for a company are to "keep being perfect" etc. My experience here was a stressful one filled with gross immoral practices from the top down. From cheating customers out of money to the lack of ethics in taking care of employees. They hide behind flashy prizes and parties, but when it comes down to it, daily life at this company is unnecessarily stressful. The culture is frat boys who've never worked anywhere else. There's blatant favoritism that will skew contests towards whowever they want to win. Commission is something you constantly have to double check and fight tover get paid what you earned. It's exhausting. Sales reps are put under a lot of pressure to perform but only to sign the company up a bunch of customers so they can fire you and keep the house accounts without paying commission. Keeping customers is not a priority, so business is stagnant and growth in numbers is often a facade.

Pros

- Pretty easy to get a job.. just have to show up and talk about how you love money. Helps if you are either a good-looking girl, ex-athlete or ex-greek life. - Decent salary for a first job out of college (how they get you in) - Might have a couple of cool people you work with (they will leave, either before or after you do)

Cons

- There are a lot of offices and people in the company, not all are bad eggs but the bad eggs seem to stick around and filter to the top. Anyone that I knew there that was a decent person realized their worth and moved on to bigger and better things. - You are selling an inferior service door to door. Selling UPS services to people who don't want it and if they did could get better prices and support from UPS directly. - Not real sales training. They claim they have best-in-class training and even send you to Dallas to train on some fancy trip. All it is is a huge group of young people in a conference room where the VPs sand in the middle and talk about money and call people out and try to embarrass them. They just make you memeorize a scrpit rather than teach actual sales methodology. - Constant revolving door, churn and burn to the core. Not a culture of helping people succeed, and will let you drown and then ask why you can't swim. - Toxic culture coming from the top down. Inappropriate behavior, rude back-handed comments to your face, comments from management about other employees behind their back. - Innaporriate sexual/adulterous relationships between upper management and subordinates.. this actually happened in my office (management pressured the subordinate to leave) - Will do what they can to cheat you out of commissions and pa rasises Urge you to think about working somewhere else. You can find success here if you play your cards right but you can have a much more rewarding career elsewhere.
