Thanks for the review! We love hearing positive feedback about our leaders and office perks. While compensation studies have shown we are consistently at or above the market median when looking at total compensation, we are excited to roll out our new AE comp plan in 2021. With the many challenges brought on over the past year, we’ve encouraged our leaders to be overly supportive and communicative with their teams. It’s unfortunate you may have felt micro-managed, as we understand that can be frustrating.
